Phone payments: can only be made by calling 888-329-8389. Please follow the prompts and have your account number available.  A $2.95 Convenience fee will apply. The District office staff will not accept phone payments starting August 1, 2019, you must call the PayStar 888 number. 

If your account has been disconnected or is scheduled for disconnection due to nonpayment, please call the office before making a payment on this site! Your online balance may not reflect the $50.00 disconnect fee or any other associated fees.

Balances are updated on a daily basis around 3:00 PM excluding weekends or holidays.

IF YOU HAVE MADE A PAYMENT AFTER DISCONNECTION, PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE, BY 3:00 PM, WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER FOR SERVICE TO BE RESOTRED THE SAME DAY. SERVICE CAN’T BE RECONNECTED UNLESS THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL!   All payments are posted at 8:00 A.M. the day FOLLOWING the completed transaction.

ACH:  Have your payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. There is no convenience fee for these transactions.  Click here to download the ACH form.

Water Users Agreement:  Purchased a property with rural water?  Print and complete  this form and returned to District office.

Accounts Receivable Policy:  Water bill is due on the 1st of the month.  Payments not received in our office by the 15th will incur a 10% late charge.  The Warren Water District shall be entitled to shut off the water for non-payment if the past due amount is not received by the 30th day of each month.  Subscriber will receive written notice of delinquency.  Service disconnected for non-payment shall pay a $50.00 disconnect fee.  If water is disconnected, the full balance plus the disconnect fee must be paid before reconnection.  Click here to view our full Accounts Receivable Policy.

New Water Service Connections:  The District has extra capacity in most of its water mains to serve new connections.   Water mains are located in frontage easement along many of the roads in Warren and Madison County.  Property owners and potential new property owners should contact the District’s office (515) 962-1200 or wwd@warrenwaterdistrict.com to inquire about water availability.
