Water Rate Increase
NEW WATER RATES
Effective June 1, 2022, the water rates will increase for East Peru, Bevington, Patterson Ackworth and all Rural customers.
The District will be increasing the minimum monthly water bill by $1.00. The per 1,000 gallon rate after the minimum will also increase for rural customers. Please visit the rates tab for updated rate charts.
This cost increase is needed to off-set the 15% increase the District will spend in purchasing water wholesale from Des Moines Water Works.
