One Call Now

One Call Now allows us to send emergency or informational messages to customers – FAST.  No more guessing about what’s going on!

Our goal is to never leave you in the dark.  If there’s a significant water outage, or any other unusual event, we want to ensure that you have all the information about it that we do.  To that end, we’re providing every customer with a messaging service called One Call Now.

We’ll use the service to:

The One Call Now system can deliver messages via phone, SMS text, push notification and/or email.  However, the District will only be delivering messages via phone.

How will I receive messages? 

Why do we need a messaging service?

By using this service, we are able to better communicate with customers while reducing the need to print and distribute notices.  It will also allow us to send you urgent messages such as water quality alerts and emergency outages.  We understand that good communication is vital to good community relationships!

Will my contact information be kept private?

None of your personal information will be shared with anyone outside of One Call Now.  One Call Now takes the security and privacy of your personal information (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses) very seriously.  This is never sold or shared – you will not receive any unsolicited calls as a result of using the service.

Do I have to pay any additional fees for this service?

No, the management is covering the full cost of the service.
